These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the operator of the detpkr platform ("detpkr", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The detpkr platform, accessible at detpkr.cam, provides online sports betting, casino games, live dealer services, and related gaming content.

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using the detpkr platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to particular products, promotions, or features of the platform.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the detpkr platform. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of location, though players in Pakistan should pay particular attention to the legal context described in Section 14.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player on the detpkr platform.
• "Balance" means the total of funds and bonus credits held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credits, free spins, free bets, cashback, or other incentive offered by detpkr subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Cashier" means the deposit and withdrawal management section within a Player's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under the operator's compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the detpkr website, mobile-optimised site, and all related services operated at detpkr.cam.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an Account and uses the detpkr platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction where the use of the detpkr platform is unlawful or where detpkr has elected not to offer services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount a Player must place before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x bonus amount).
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan.

To register and maintain an Account on detpkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, partnership, or organisation.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law ("Restricted Jurisdiction").
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or suspended from the detpkr platform or any related operator platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any such person, of detpkr or its affiliated entities.

detpkr reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain any eligibility requirement may result in account suspension, voiding of bets, and return of deposits net of any winnings derived from ineligible use.

Players may register one (1) Account per person. Duplicate, shared, or otherwise multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited. If detpkr identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether by name, address, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — detpkr may close all such accounts, void all related bets and bonuses, and retain winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested. You undertake to update your registration information promptly if any of your details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. detpkr will treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify detpkr support immediately at [email protected].

detpkr is required to conduct identity and age verification in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request made by detpkr, including by providing documentation such as:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership where required
• A selfie or liveness verification as prompted by the verification system

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or the temporary restriction of your Account. All documents must be submitted exclusively through the operator's secure HTTPS verification portal. Do not transmit identity documents via unsecured email, chat, or third-party messaging applications. Documents must not be altered, edited, obscured, or falsified in any manner — doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure.

detpkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for high-value accounts or transactions, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.

All financial transactions on detpkr are conducted through the platform's Cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts, supported payment methods, processing times, and applicable fees are determined by the operator and may vary. Always check the Cashier for current limits and available options before initiating a transaction.

Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — may appear in the Cashier as locally recognised options. Their availability depends entirely on the operator's current payment integrations. None of these payment providers endorse, are affiliated with, or support detpkr unless explicitly and separately confirmed. Transaction limits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) apply as set by the operator.

Funds deposited into your Account must be used for gambling activity on the platform. detpkr does not pay interest on Account balances. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. detpkr reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for the purpose of completing verification or AML checks.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, where applicable under the operator's policy. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are prohibited.

All sports betting, casino, live dealer, and instant game activity on detpkr is subject to the platform's specific product rules, which are available within each product section. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall apply to that product only.

detpkr reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets will have the stake returned to the Player's Account. detpkr also reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, match fixing, or exploitation of a system error.

Sports markets available on detpkr include, but are not limited to:

• Pakistan cricket — PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series, and Test matches
• International football leagues and tournaments
• UFC and combat sports events
• Other international sports as made available by the operator

Market availability is subject to the operator's sports catalogue and applicable licensing agreements. In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during a live event without prior notice.

detpkr may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus principles apply across all promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A maximum bet restriction applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while live casino or table games may contribute at a lower rate. Check individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements met within the period specified. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses are removed upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any time.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or systematically extract value from bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated play, or low-risk wagering strategies — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

All PKR figures referenced in bonus offers (e.g., minimum deposit of PKR 1,000, maximum bonus of PKR 25,000) are illustrative examples where not specified in a live offer. Actual amounts will be confirmed in each promotion's terms.

detpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through your Account settings or by contacting support.

You agree not to use the platform as a means of generating income or as a financial solution. Gambling is entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the detpkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information
• Using the platform if you are under the minimum eligible age
• Accessing or using the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing, or corrupt betting activity
• Laundering money or using the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Abusing promotions or bonus structures through coordinated play or artificial wagering patterns
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing detpkr staff or other users

All content on the detpkr platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of detpkr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without the express written permission of detpkr.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, detpkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss.

detpkr does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. detpkr makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform or its content.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

detpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms
• We are required to do so by a competent regulatory authority or court order
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by the operator's dormancy policy
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected
• A Player's self-exclusion request has been received and processed

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, detpkr may retain any funds in the Account to the extent necessary to cover losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any remaining balance of verified real-money funds will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending wagering requirements and open bets will be handled in accordance with the operator's closure policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. The applicable governing law and dispute resolution venue will be specified in the operator's licensing documentation, which is available on request from the support team.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with detpkr support shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedure specified under the operator's applicable gaming licence terms.

detpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — detpkr will notify registered users by email or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by regulatory instruction) may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the detpkr platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
